ICS has a Plant Load Agreement with the Philadelphia Post Office - 24/7 - supplying a detached mail unit clerk. ICS must comply with any and all USPS automation requirements in processing and design. That is why Quality Control and Assurance is essential.

Insuring that we are upholding the highest standards in mailpiece make-up, design and address readability, a MERLIN (Mail Evaluation Readability Lookup Instrument) is on site checking ICS prepared addressing, barcodes and automation quality.

ICS Quality Control and Assurance Department has incorporated the Mail Quality Control Specialist (MQC) certification program for USPS compliance and design standards. Training is required for Data Programmers, Account Exec's, Managers, QCA Inspectors and supervisors of all shifts. Educational training for MQC is taught, monitored and testing done by the Director of Quality Control and Assurance, Steven Kulick, CMDSM, MQCS Instructor.

Computerized inventory tracking & stored material - Inventory Dept.
Production processing - Bowe, Bindery, Lettershop, Shipping Prep and ICS Postal Verification Dept.
